Giving him spells of 7-8 overs maybe a little too much, 3-4 over will be ideal with 5 as the max cap. This is exactly how top bowling teams have handled express quicks effectively in test matches. And as we always play 5 bowlers these days, we can easily accommodate express pacers. I feel that test match might be Umran's best format eventually, after he plays a few more FC matches. Suhaan and Mosher 2
