It is amazing how a captain can just do as he likes - get coaches fired and almost be bigger than the game itself.

 

Since often tries to find a bigger voice, especially interviewing former cricketers, umpires etc...we should somehow try to find a strong voice and apply pressure to kick this guy out of captaincy and make him work to justify his spot in the playing XI.
