Taliban have issued new laws and regulations in recently captured districts in Afghanistan's northeastern province of Takhar ordering women to not leave home alone and men to grow their beards among other diktats, reports have said. Ariana News cited civil society activists in Takhar as saying that the Taliban have also have set dowry regulations for girls. “They urged women in a statement to not leave without a relative (Moharam) and also urged men to have beards,” Merajuddin Sharifi, a civil society activist in Takhar, was quoted as saying by Ariana News. Sharifi also said the “Taliban insist on trials without evidence.” Residents in areas captured by Taliban also have to pay more for food as their risen substantially, members of Takhar provincial council said, according to Ariana News. “People are facing problems there; services are nonexistent, clinics, and schools are closed,” Mohammad Azam Afzali, a member of the provincial council, told Ariana News.
Alam_dar Posted July 3, 2021 Author Posted July 3, 2021 Situation is not looking good in Afghanistan.
Singh bling Posted July 3, 2021 Posted July 3, 2021 According to pew research 99% Afghan's want Sharia that includes women then who are others to cry about women's rights in Afghanistan. Khota, Gollum and Alam_dar 3
bharathh Posted July 4, 2021 Posted July 4, 2021 Ppl should read the Afghan by Fredrick Forsyth or Kite Runner to understand these folks. Looks like normal folks in Afghanistan are screwed once again. Sad beyond measure. I still wonder how Islam spread here given the stubbornness of folks to accept anything? I suppose the barbaric aspects of Islam are appealing to them. Pity the enlightening bits are lost on them. Khota and Alam_dar 1 1

Gollum Posted July 4, 2021 Posted July 4, 2021 Send in a couple of planes and bring back the remaining Sikhs, Hindus, Christians, Buddhists. 1.4 billion strong India can surely accommodate a few 100 of these poor folks. Afghanistan will soon go the Maldives way. In Maldives, every citizen must be Muslim, otherwise capital punishment...only country in the world with 100% Muslim population. These are SAARC countries, not in West Asia. Even Pakistan isn't as bad as Afg, Mal. Alam_dar, Khota and beetle 3

Alam_dar Posted July 4, 2021 Author Posted July 4, 2021 Taliban will not only attack Kabul, but they will also attack Islamabad sooner or later Very Important: There is a Sharia Order if there are two candidates for the caliphate, then chose one and kill the the second one. Due to this reason ISIS and Taliban are fighting with each other in Afghanistan. A much better fight took place in Syria between ISIS and other Islamic Groups (Al-Nusra Salafist Front and Tehrir al-Sham etc.), who all wanted to be the only leader of the Islamic movement. Afghan Taliban have a Pakistani Branch too, known as Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). TTP captured the whole SWAT Area, and then it started moving towards Islamabad. They were only 65 km away from Islamabad, when Pakistani Army had to start a bloody war against them, in which at least 70000 Pakistanis were killed. The leader of TTP is Mullah Fazlullah. He fled to Mullah Omer of Afghani Taliban in order to take the shelter. I am extremely sure that sooner or later TTP will rise again, and there will be a fight between them and Pak Army again. Extremist Muslim always need an enemy. And if they don't find an outsider as an enemy, then they start fighting with each other.

They will not attack Islamabad/Pak. Another difference between now and the 90s is that the Chinese will not allow the Taliban to jeopardise their new silk road plans. Afghanistan is pretty much done for. Pak will be safe. Instead they will be offered to direct their warfare to Kashmir and India - which I am sure they will do willingly with the help of Pak and the Chinese. Alam_dar 1

My long observation of Islamic Fanaticism (along with Islamic History) tells me the other story. (1) They had already been involved in Full War against each other in 2009 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Battle_of_Swat Pakistanis didn't imagine this before 2009. They were also of opinion that Pak Army gave birth to Taliban and thus there could never be a war between them. But all of them were wrong. This War against Tehrik-e-Taliban costed the blood of 70,000 Pakistanis. And there were 2 million displaced people due to that war. I have seen how Taliban sympathisers were carrying out bomb attacks upon the Pakistani civil population, which sympathised Pak Army. Thousands of civilians were killed by Taliban, including the Religious Deobandi Mullahs in the mosques too while they supported Army. (2) This "Caliphate" thing is a real real curse upon the Muslims. There is a war between al-Qaeda and ISIS due to this Caliphate Issue. There is a war between Taliban and ISIS in Afghanistan. There is a war between Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and ISIS/al-Qaida There is a war between Muslim Brotherhood and ISIS/al-Qaida. There is a war between Saudi Arabia and Qatar/Turkey (while Saudia claims that it's Kingdom Style represents the Caliphate system, while Qatar and Turkey support Muslim Brotherhood. All of them are Salafist/Deobandi movements, but still they are fighting against each other for the Caliphate. Whole Islamic History is full of war due to the Caliphate, starting right from Uthman (3rd Caliph) and Ali (4th Caliph) and Muawiyyah (5th Caliph). (3) India has become very much immune against Taliban. It is same like this that ISIS (or any other Islamic Group) didn't even fire a single bullet against Israel during whole Syrian Civil War. There is 90% chances of war between Pak Army and Taliban as compared to 10% chances of India/Taliban war.

Entire human history proves otherwise. I would say turks and Arabs hate each other to the core. They would prefer dealing with Jews than each other. For a change, now, Punjabi army will feel very queasy about taliban. Alam_dar 1
