happens with fast bowlers . His injuries have been different , it started with a split web which was due to fielding

he is not the only fast bowler in the world is he? Why is it happening only with our bowlers like Pandya,Bhuvi, Saini and even Umesh who is usually super fit? I am not blaming the player because a player wants to play every match, some one at the medical facility has to be accountable. Once or twice it’s ok but happens more often than acceptable

@Ankit_sharma03 Look how England manages Archer,Broad,Anderson,Woakes etc and gets the maximum out of them. Why are we not able to do that ?

Ashwin, Jadeja, Sundar, Krunal, Axar, Piyush Chawla etc.. to a lesser extent People like Kuldeep Rahul Chahar. Many of them can play as a bowler and contribute with the bat.

 

However the fast bowlers.. the Great Don Pandya who can not play as a bowler. We just have Thakur and now we found Deepak Chahar in this series.. to a lesser extent Bhubi.

And when he is not injured he gets pasted by batsmen. So chose your poison

it happens around but ppl dnt notice....Archer has been struggling with injuries 

cummins did for all his intial yrs but we ll be harsh on nagarkotti n mavi

bond struggled all his life

 

 

Shami has been super fit for last few yrs 

Ishant before last 1-2 yrs had been fit generally 

bhuvi has been mostly due to NCA

And pandya has been suffering from back injury , back is a very tricky place. Even when sachin had back issue from 1999 after that he kept on having injuries 

Steyn career ended coz he was just getting injured again n again

 

NCA has had issues with some players injuries

Archer has been getting injured time n again recently 

Anderson n broad are one format players , off lately they are also being used in certain conditions only

correct  because that’s how you manage a pool. That mahmood guy was bowling 90mph and Carse took a 5fr with 90mph and won them a game with the bat. That’s what depth means. Look at even  Lewis Gregory, every match he played he contributed with both bat and ball and is a good fielder and you still point out the CT final knock by Pandya.

 

We need well rounded cricketers not someone who can do half a thing on a rainy day and suck rest of the time.
