Frustration with  Pandya is because he is injured half the time. Also you want a half fit Shaw as an impact player while England can open with Roy,Butler,Bairstow, Vince etc etc all of them by your definition might have less talent than Shaw but have same or more Impact and leagues ahead as athletes.
