I think ICC announced sometime back that Sri Lanka and Bangladesh won't be going into the same group in the super-12 irrespective of their group positions in the qualifying round. 

 

So Bangladesh will go into group B irrespective of whether they finish 1st or 2nd. That'll mean Scotland will go into Group A.
