zen Posted November 11, 2021 Author Posted November 11, 2021 Rizwan v Aus (SF) Did hit well in the last phase of his inning but for most parts his hits were only bringing him up to a decent SR … At the end, Pak ended up in the 160-180 band, when it could have pushed for a score closer to 200

He did look like he was haunted by tuk tuk in the beginning.

He did look like he was haunted by tuk tuk in the beginning. yeah, even cricinfo mentions the tuk tuk: "Second night in a row, second tournament favourites - Pakistan this time - paid the price for conservative batting in the first innings and were consumed by the curse of the defence. It will be tempting to paint Hasan Ali, whose 18th over went for 15 and who dropped Wade in the 19th before he unfurled a hat-trick of sixes, as the villain, but the match was lost when Pakistan scored just 71 in the first 10 overs on arguably the best batting track Dubai has rolled out all tournament."
