Certain regions do have dominant performance in athletics...in india most Olympic medals come from haryana region, saying superior race though is stupid.

Haryana as the best infarstructure due to the delhi commonwealth games but most of the talent is in wrestling, track racing Kerala, orissa, tamil Nadu and I'm recently assam does well

Boxers, wrestling, hockey, Neeraj chopra, saina nehwal and delhi infra should benefit west up also but haryana does well because of sports culture.

Saina is from Hyderabad, trained by gopichand, Haryana had no real sporting culture until 2010 commonwealth games unlike Kerala, Tamil Nadu, north east, Goa. Earlier it was maharastra which had the best wrestlers

Honesty and Justice are the most important human traits for me.

I am afraid that the translation (done by this Twitter Account) is dishonest.

He has not uttered these words "We Pak Punjabis are superior race.".

He merely mentioned that Pak Punjabis eat differently and have different attitude, which reflects in the fast bowling attitude.

This is same as if an Indian citizen claims that Gujraits have different attitude towards business, or education, but this does not mean that he means that Gujratis are superior race.

Whole problem lies in this dishonest translation. And the next problem lies that this dishonest translation has not been condemned, but instead of that this dishonest translation has been followed, and Akhtan has been wrongfully accused.

Therefore, I condemn this false and dishonest translation and protest against it.

They win one game and all of a sudden they are superior

I don't fault him for that

It is on BCCI for picking incompetent selectors who picked in incompetent team. The blame is on BCCI kohli shastru etc. Meanwhile we have to put up with this crap

Blame is to Bollywood. Bollywood love for Pakistanis is well known and it has been displayed through our team now. Kohli the captain who mc-bc every other team, even his own team mates in IPL just doesn't show the same agression against Pakistan since his bollywoodization. He seems ready to serve his behind to Pakistanis whenever they play. Same reflects in Indian team's attitude against Pakistan.

And to Kiwis. Reason Kane is a nice guy and he is my * buddy according to lolhi

Pakistanis and Kiwis are pusssies. Both fold under any sort of aggression and pressure. We need to go after them. They will fold. Look what Aussies do to Kiwis.

We only bring our aggression and ferocity ve Australia, safrixa and now to England.

When India won big against Afghanistan, then suddenly it became conspiracy of Afghans/Indian according to the fanatics of Pakistan.

And then we have this thread, which is based solely upon the dishonest translation, but is being following blindly.

This same Bollywood gave tons of films against Pakistan too, but all that has been forgotten.

The equation according to the Extremists is always like this:  "There is nothing bad in us, and there is nothing good in the others."

And those, who disagree with them, then they will also be labelled as Traitor to the country, while these Extremists have the full monopoly upon the patriotism.

We all are human beings. We all have good and bad sides. The opponents may be less good and more evil, but still they are also capable of doing some good things too.

Bollywood follows this balanced approach. It has nowhere praised the terrorism from Pakistan. But not appreciating positive gestures and supporting the positive attitudes is going to make yourself too as evil as your enemy is.

There is nothing wrong in Kohli's approach or Shami's approach that they are blamed to be the traitors of India.

In fact, those who blame Kohli and Shami, they are wrong themselves, and they must be openly condemned for this.

There is nothing wrong in Shami's approach.  I don't think any Indian who follows cricket has blamed him. He is just an ordinary T20 bowler and an excellent test match bowler, irrespective of the opposition.

Kohli's case is different. If he was nice to every opponent then no issues. But he is not. He just behaves differently regarding issues where he can be perceived as being morally superior.

Kohli is not a traitor either but his attempt to project himself as being morally superior and better than others, is robbing him of the much needed ruthlessness in many cases.

Well it's pretty obvious akthar meant this in a pretty derogatory manner, not the first time he has made such comments, what do Pak punjabis eat that makes them unique compared to the rest? How do they sit? If anything the likes of Shaheen, naseem, musa should find this pretty generic and racist and Pak punjabis are not some race but a linguistic group, plus in the wider punjabi community its the Sikhs that had a empire, Pak punjabis have been ruled over ever since the Hindu shahis lost.

What about the translation?

I think the handle spreads hatred...  I've seen some of his other tweets as well.  He clearly has an agenda.

But we all have witnessed Akhtar uttering Gazwa e hind & his other non sense in some of his videos & we know what actually his mindset is & Where he comes from.

Shaoib in current video didn't mention anything about superior race but he does have superiority complex from what I have noticed.

Anyways the diet & other personality trait he is talking about is similar in entire North (excluding UP Bihar)  & North west India..  So he has lack of GK about geography of India &,  it is diversity.

Anchor in the video talks about a Karachi pacer & Shoaib had to praise him as well even though he is non Punjabi & Shoaib somehow got compelled to praise him.

Superiority in what? Last I checked paxtan is in severe debt and barely surviving. Apparently they're selling their women to Chinese for money. I guess that's not new to them as they themselves are products of rape of their helpless mothers by ruthless barbarians.

Can these bakis compete against the intellect of south Indians? Or the enteprenural skills of gujaratis? Or the artistry of Bengalis? Or the athleticism of north east Indians? If anything, this statement from them only shows their bankruptcy and failure of paxtan as a nation. Cheap beggars.

Unless I missed it, he did not say Punjabi's are superiors race, he said they are Tagra (strong)  people. What's  wrong with that, please don;t twist it just to open a new thread . I'm Punjabi, but would have condemned it had he said Punjabis are superior race, that would have been racism.

We have had far to many trundlers in the past and even today most Indian pacers in domestic cricket are medium pacers bar a few who can bowl fast but on average fast medium, even if we have 3 express pacers in the team, the likes of akthar would say it's only because money and facilities that India have such pace bowlers, 80s was the time we should have out paced pakistan but sadly we could not, once we become a sporting nation which hopefully soon the likes of akthar would go into hibernation mode.

To encourage more and more Indian pacers to bowl quick, it is very important that the good quality quicker Indian pacers are marketed as role models. Both their effectiveness as well.as their pace and bounce.

Such an approach will help motivate both the current Indian pacers as well as the upcoming ones and youngsters, to bowl well and bowl.fast.

And It has to start from the Indian commentators and analysts.

What guys like Shoaib say are not that important. But I want the Indian cricketing fraternity to market and promote our fast bowlers.

There is absolutely no problem in condemning Akhtar for his Ghazwa Hind and Kashmir victory statement.

There is absolutely no problem in disagreeing with him that Pakistani Punjabi have some different diet and different attitude.

But as far as Superior Race translation is concerned, then it is dishonesty and agenda of hatred. Thus this twitter handle must be condemned here and not Akhtar.

Regarding Akhtar's statement of Pakistani Punjabis having different diet and attitude, then it is a common perception in Pakistan, which may be right or may be wrong, but it is his personal opinion.

My own honest observation is that Punjabi and Haryana languages are little bit more offensive languages as compared to Hindi/Urdu. This reflects the attitude of people of Punjab and Haryana, who also behave somewhat  more aggressively than the people who speak Hindu/Urdu. I may be wrong in my observation, but certainly I don't want to be labelled as racist due to this observation.

I don;t need written translation , I understood what he said. And he did not say Punjabi's are superior race .  When it comes to his TV appearances, his comments on SM , I hate SA , most of the time he talks non-sense, but nothing wrong with what he said here. Most of the Pakistani fast bowlers come from Punjab and some from KP. No race is superior to another one but there is difference in other characteristics. Some are taller, some are shorter, some are physically stronger and hence they excel in some sports . Blacks are way ahead of whites in sports in USA but they are not a superior race , but they are taller and stronger.
