GG has huge likes and dislikes. Even Iyer played CT due to last minute injury to Virat.

 

Not only Sarfraz, but guys like Rinku,Tilak, Easwaran are all better than jokers playing now

another Karun Nair story here. We will feel bad and give him some token opportunities set up to fail. While the intent might be good, it will screw up the team balance.

 

no need to take a step back. If Sarfaraz was really that unimpressive to the mngmnt, they should keep it that way, not like he is not scoring mountains of runs now.

How were Sai ,Paddikal, Reddy impressive to management, by playing in IPL.

 

A player who scored 150 against New Zealand attack was dropped citing the reason of dressing room leaks.

 

There is something very wrong with the coaching style of Gambhir and the result shows that's.

bro Paddikal and Patidar shouldn’t play ahead of Sarfaraz. Agree.

 

Sai was picked on IPL performances I guess. Turned out to be another strokeless player unfortunately. We would have encouraged and not complained if someone like Vaibhav or Ayush were fast tracked.

 

Reddy was picked for his allround ability. Showed some spark but did not take his game to the next level unfortunately. That’s a different debate.Don’t see anything wrong with the thought behind it.

 How is Reddy playing test cricket in India. That thought process itself is wrong.

 

You leave guy with 60 plus avg and guy who showed he can bat atleast in India.

what were scores of other batsmen in that series.He has batted 11 times in tests and reached 50 or more 4 times. I don't think it is bad sample size for new guy.

Rajkot & bengaluru he got those scores, same innings our batters did well.

 

He was touted as the only current indian player sweeps well in spinning tracks but he failed to live up to that expectation.

You are keeping lot of faith in the same management that is picking Sai, Nitish and Jurel ahead of him. Maybe they are just poor judges of talent
