H Pandya has had a successful stint with Gujarat Titans in their maiden IPL season.

Seems to be the kind of a person who assumes responsibility and doesn't let it affect his game.

I think it could affect the dynamics of the team especially with Rohit etc. still playing.

They should make him VC for now & he can take over captaincy when the right time comes.

Rohit as captain, Pandya as a player combo worked for a few seasons in the IPL.

Rohit should retire from T20I'S after this years' world cup and ODI'S after next years' world cup.

 

Rohit should try to prolong is Test Career if he can.
