Is that even a question ?

Bhuvi
Harshal
Avesh
Arshdeep
Chahar
+ Pandya

If Bumrah is fit then he replaces Avesh/Arshdeep.
That's not my preferred attack, but I don't expect any radical changes from selectors and TM.

Bhuvi

Harshal

Arshdeep

Chahar

Shardul

Backups ...

Sandeep Sharma

Siddharth Kaul

Pluses of these pacers ....

.... Most of them are all phase bowlers and getting fazed in big matches don't matter much.

.... All of them, except Arshdeep, can board the Team bus without bending down ... so there is less chance of injury

.... All of them have great matchups against batters of Associate nations ( except Hong Kong )

... Our old batters won't get injured in the nets by facing any of them.

I m getting a feeling Bhuvi would be rested for the T20 WC.   He has been playing all t20 series in last few months.  Plus, selectors despite being brainless hv enough brain to realise that Bhuvi will be ineffective in Aus where it's all about pace & bounce. Hardly any swing on offer.  We need Siraj & Prasidh type of bowlers. (Hit the Deck type).  Bumrah would be automatic selection.

Batsmen injured na ho vo jyada jaruri. Kartik ne jab se 2-3 batsmen ko nets me injured kiya Australia me, usey net bowler banana hi band kar diya inhone.

Lol he has only played 1 match in Aus.

He was part of the IPL winning side this year with Gujarat Titans.

20 wickets @ average of 24, economy of 8 ( this year).

he has been doing well in ipl for 3 yrs has it ever translated to international cricket ??

dhawan has been good in IPL for few yrs has it ever translated in international ??

why shud ipl record that too of 1 yrs be taken when that person has played enough at international

It is about current form and well rested like Bumrah.

I think with New ball in Aus he will do well, he did do well in 2015 world cup (ODI'S), 17 wickets @ average of 17.

Do you feel comfortable with Trundlers like B Kumar in Aus. He has feasted on Teams like SL and WI this year.

Shami and Bumrah are the only proper quick bowlers, not cannon fodder like the others.

They probably won't him pick anyway but worth a punt, no harm in having him in squad.

Current form sir ipl men avesh ka bhi acha tha and shami has always been in form in other format he just hasnt cracked this format ever. As i said before he has been doing well in IPL but yet to translate. Ppl remeber sheldon cottrell vs tewatia forgetting dusre end shami bhi pitta tha uss din

Also its been few months now from IPL so thats not even current.

ODI doesnt matter

PACE is overrated in t20 ..............if anyone wants to talk about archer , nortje, starc to me first find a bowler like them

Have u seen his record vs SA ??? His numbers are better then bumrah in ODI and far better eco in t20 in Aus

All these myths that less pace bowler wont work in australia, finger spinner wont work, slower ball wont work are baseless

Whats being comfortable ?? I care about effectiveness

There are reports coming in that he is recovering fast.  Team selection for t20 WC is still 10 days away.  Think he should be fine by then.

Doubt they will rush him,as,if half fit it will have impact on his career

No one good will be selected.Other than Bumrah who has never done well under spotlight, there no single bowler on whom captain can bank on every match. Asia cup and earlier matches were  golden chances to give young fast bowlers some matches.

Why is Shami not in the picture, he is far better than these bozos.
