Big guns?   Not sure if he rates himself as high as ur rating.   Regarding big matches, let me remind U he played in WT20 match vs NZ last year.  Looked timid and scared, with his feet barely moving.   That too as an opener.  Had no score board pressure either. Had all the time to build his inning.  Scored 4 or 5 runs , if i recall.  That too off 12 balls.  Overall, the number of chances he has got , I m not sure even players like kohli and rohit would hv got those many.   He should not be even in our C or D team.  But if u like him so much , fair enough.  Everyone is entitled to his own opnion. To each, his own.

Spot on, some morons have no clue . Guys like Pandya would crap in their pants if they were made to open. If they were any good they would have helped India get over the line in many matches.It took Pandya seven years to be even worth his spot in the team.

In that NZ game, he got intimidated after watching the two legends of the game, Rohit and Kohli choke and run away as if a junglee dog has come to bite them. It was his first game seems like you watched it 7-8 times on highlight so mentioning that, he will do well vs big boys, the England and South Africans. That's what big men do.
