Eng v Aus game had around 50k tickets booked I heard but people later knew it was a washout so they didn't bother to turn up. SL v Aus 2015 WC at SCG or MCG I guess was at least 30k lankan fans with Sanga smashing it. Lankans probably are in decent numbers in Melbourne.

Just goes to show apart from 90% India and the rest Pakistan and Sri Lanka no other cricket fans care about cricket that much to spend thousands to go and watch the world cup wherever it might be- yet as a cricket obsessed nation we cannot win major trophies one after the other.
