Arm ball or not, he keeps getting frequently clean bowled to spinners, most of those are nothing balls.  WC2019 vs Aghan.  Mujeeb Rehman.   Was a straight one.    Looked so funny...   he left a gap of about 1 foot between his bat and pad.  Bat coming nowhere near the ball when he missed it.   LOL...

He was continuously backed for good 4-5 years before he finally started to show some batting from mid 2013(as an opener)

 

Apart from his stats, don't think he had/has an impact his predecessors had as opener,

A miragesque career so far,huge promise but barely delivered,disappointment

The guy reeks "LOSER" vibe whenever he is on the screen. Never felt so hopeless like this, maybe Dhoni in 0-8 fiasco and 2015-2017 period as LOI captain comes close. This guy is our test captain which is joke in itself , has done nothing substantial,was tried at every position dropping the players of that position so this guy can play and "change the result" in one session which has never happened, the guy himself never took seriously test format and had no remorse of being dud in ultimate format was made test captain.

 

This LOIs beatings are just beginning,this guy who is proven failure will bring more shame to our test team which is actually good unit compared to LOI.

So now we have morons questioning Rohit's batting ability also. He never should have been made captain based on IPL . But it does not take away his greatness as a batsman in whiteball cricket.

I can tolerate him being LOI captain. But Test captaincy no way. He has not done much in this format to lead a test side. These kind of bazball things will never happen under him.
