Ya, a municipality election is what the nation is looking at.

Yaar samjha kar. AAP is looking at a big 0 in both Gujarat and HP. Gujarat must esp hurt given the amount of time and money they spent there.

Not sure if AAP should feel happy about winning MCD the way they did. They don't have a big majority + they don't have anyone left to blame for any inaction now. Kejriwal will have to apologize for doing squat again next year when it comes to Yamuna or garbage.

Regarding HP, just like any other state, there is always anti-incumbency. Raj flipped, just like MP, Jharkhand or Chhattisgarh. No party can hold power forever. Even true for India. 2024/29 , kabhi na kabhi to RaGa will be PM.

HP is like TN changes party every 5 years

Since 1985

Pretty funny to look at the results

       Cong | BJP
1985 | 58 | 7
1990 | 9 | 46
1993 | 52 | 8
1998 | 31 | 31
2003 | 43 | 16
2007 | 23 | 41
2012 | 36 | 26
2017 | 26 | 36

But what if AAP succeeds in showing better results in MCD than BJP?

And I think they will show better results indeed, while AAP is less corrupt than BJP.

BJP has only one chance, i.e. the central government keep on interfering in the internal affairs of Delhi government, and keep on terrorizing AAP officials.

If Punjab and MCD shows better results than BJP led governments, then AAP will indeed dethrone BJP in more states in the next election.

If they show good results being in the MCD then they deserve to continue. However, going by their track record in Delhi - where they literally done a big fat 0 - it doesn't look very good for Delhiites.

AAP is the most corrupt party today - ironic given they call themselves khattar imandar :phehe:

Recent events have shown how non-corrupt they are.

150 is insane for Gujarat. Gujarat is actually fairly divided contrary to popular opinion. But one thing they don't like is handouts. They want govt to be out of their business. Gujarat will be most successful economy in GDP per capital in few years. Can't see any other party challenging for next 10 years,

To Gujarat mein garib nahi hain?

Delhi Model for India…ftw

Gujrat will be the last state to fall for BJP . With so two big leaders who call the shots. Two opposition parties who split vote of each other. No opposition leader at state level . Gujarat is the easiest state for BJP. Not even Rahul and Priyanka were campaigning their.

It's stupid for Kejriwal to think Gujrati will vote for him when Modi has god like figure in country

Outside of the Delhiites and Punjabis noone else buys the "Delhi model" and their image

AAP 0 seats in Himachal Pradesh. Had a crash and burn in UP, Goa, WB and pretty much every other state they went to last year also.
