India trounced England in England ominous sure. lol Last i know Pakistan lost to India at the MCG. You also lost to zimbabwe of all the team. Couldn't handle the bounce even from zimbabwe.  Must be some team.

Pakistan ODI team is still rubbish from what I saw vs Netherlands. 

India did beat England in ODI/T20 series away...  Which Pak can't do. 

We are struggling coz loss in confidence...  No Selection panel & carrying quite a few duds...  Also trying out stuff in bowling. 

We need young blood in batting...  You need these defeats to kick seniors out im Indian cricket. 

The amount of bilateral series Pak loses...  Indian captain would be crucified with so many defeats.

Pakistan almost always play with full team. Same team. India played Bhuvi, Arshdeep in NZ now we have Chahar, Thakur, Siraj.

Even in UAE Pakistan's virtual home, Bangladesh beat Pakistan in 2018 Asia Cup I think. 

Truth is that when conditions are in their favor, Bangladesh are a good ODI team and can beat any side.

Pakistan beat Australia without shadab and nawaz. Pakistan s full strength t20 and odi sides are similar. 
india have tried plenty of options, dont see any worldbeaters in the last couple of years.

Pakistan lost to Zimbabwe when they rested Shaheen in Zim ig also another ODI at home vs Zim... 

Just saying that life of a Pakistani captain & selectors is tad easier compared to a Indian one these days. 

Pakistan lost truck load of bilaterals while settling into a team...  Pakistan white ball team right now is far well settled than India. 

India has ingredients but they need right combinations & a even half decent coaching staff to do the needful. 

These losses will do India a lot of good while preparing for a world event

don't think so in ODIs. they are both quite poor, and one may be marginally ahead of other but not by much

 

I presume you are not going to claim Pak is better than Ind in red ball cricket too. if you do, I'd like to have whatever it is that you're smoking.

Yes when Australia was without Warner, Smith, Maxwell, Starc, Hazelwood, Cummins etc.

Pakistan's ODI team is utter trash. Nowhere close to SENA+India level.. 

 

They are just a beggar's version of India 2018 with a top heavy batting line up (still nowhere close to Dhawan-Rohit-Kohli of that time) and a hit and miss bowling attack. Their middle order is minnow esque and bowling attack wilts under any bit of pressure.

Bangladesh is not better than India. Both those matches were close and India blew both of them from a very comfortable position. 

 

But ODI is definitely BD preferred format. It allows ample time for their experienced batters to take time and then build innings and they have got some fine bowlers for these conditions.

Tamim, Shakib, Mushifqer, Mahmudallah are playing since 2006 so they have wealth of experience.

Liton Das is a quality batsman. Throw in some upcoming youngsters like Shanto, Naim, Afif and even a veteran like Soumya Sarkar & they have a very competent batting for ODI.

Mehidy Hasan is developing in a fine allrounder.

In fast bowlers, they have Taskin, Mustafzier and with the additional of tall Ebadot they have a decent bowling unit too.

Bangladesh is better ODI team than us. It is time to realize it, we have top 3 who haven't scored 100 in past 3 years, what do expect.

Depends upon who is in the 11. Most teams are likely to perform better or equal if a minnow than an 11 with Rohit, Dhawan, KL, Kohli, Thakur, D Chahar, Bhuvi (where applicable) etc.

On the other hand, without these guys, the equation for team India could improve!

It takes years for BD batsman to develop. Check Litton Das's early part of his career. He was garbage for a long time. They had no choice but to stick with him. He eventually came around.  

 

Yes India had them on the ropes twice 136/9 and 69/6 both times second tier bowling could not land the blow.
