They have nothing much to talk about their game so they just say “process” 

 

They should talk about trying their best to win the game rather than “we are not looking at the result”

No doubt, process needs to be in place for successful outcome. But following process shouldn't be the end goal rather achieving desired results should be the end goal. When desired outcomes aren't achieved for years one needs to bring radical changes in "process". Indian team and management are just happy following the process. It's like a multimillion company just following established processes when it was first setup without earning significant profits.

If process thing is spoken by chief selectors or someone up in the management then it makes sense.

How can players be so stupid to talk like this. 

For players results are supreme. If results are not there then you have followed wrong process till now.

How is the process going nicely if they are losing almost everything ?

 

This means he is implying that the process is designed for the Team to lose.

usko bolo process ke banaye pungi aur g**d me daal le, agar team match jeetne ke bajaye process me dhyan dene lage to unko govt office join karna chahiye. Sports is all about winning mentality and taking losses head-on.

Let's curse Dhongi who spread this "process" virus amongst IndiAN players, coaches, commentators, analyst, event tv hosts etc. Even domestic players now talk about not caring about result but following the process.
