the problem here  is Dravid wants to be the smartest guy always but cricket is a simple game of bowling out your opponents,you dont drop a guy who has taken 8 wickets in the previous match .our fingers spinners are also struggling on these slow wickets,this decision is the worst by an indian coach in a long while.

This guy took Harshal, Bhuvi, Arshdeep and Shami straight from vacation to Australia. Not a single pace bowler with "bounce" to Australia.

And then he plays Ashwin over wrist spinner entire tournament. Hardly makes any changes throughout the tournament and then comes out saying in press we had plans for each venue in the world cup and players were selected based on conditions.

I really feel that team management is comfortable with certain players and they select such players who can be dropped easily.

I agree there was no need to call up Unadkat when Shardul was there in the squad., I have no idea what the hell are they doing over there. 

 

Why  Axar chosen over Kuldeep is still mystery to me.Did that idiot Dravid give any explanation for it. It makes no sense to play Axar or Jaidev in this test.

That will be the most ridiculous reason to select a fast bowler.What is the reason for this guy's selection in the squad. He is not young nor he is fast.He also does not swing the ball.

 

If I am not wrong Dravid along with Sachin  and Dhoni gave this guy Unadkat his debut test too when Umesh Yadav was in the squad.I still don't know how could anyone could select Jaidev over Umesh after seeing both of them in nets.

 

Why select him other than gifting him with one more test.
