But I suspect this could be a case of hoping against hope, as long as his Godfather 'Dravid' is at the top.   

It also depends on IPL.   He might get some cheap/useless runs at 100 to 120 SR and get back to the team under the pretext of "being the 2nd or 3rd highest run getter" or something of that sort.  That has been the case in last 2 to 3 years.

even after giving him so many chances, he doesn't have cemented his spot in the team. He always go missing whenever the team needs him as batter or as skipper like in Bangladesh series. It will be good if we don't select him in any format from now on. Even in ODI's I believe Samson is far better batsman then him.

He could have just said pace bowling and spin bowling are overrated ....i can get out to anything.

Kela, RD and Raga in that order. We know RaGa can do as much comedy as he wants but not gonna get power for another 5-10 years atleast. So for now Kela and RD are the headache no 1 and 2.
