Don't worry. BCCI will give him ample rest,treatment before the all important IPL. He doesn't need to play meaningless Internationals or Tests or WTC. IPL's 4 overs are extremely crucial.

Pacers who play County cricket often start floating the ball up for swing. But the ball rarely swings in other parts of the World 

 

I, for one, like our hit the deck seam bowlers ( as opposed to swing bowlers )   like Bumrah, Shami, Prasidh etc. Even Siraj to a large extent.

There isn't much they can do if his back flares up.As you get older ,body gets stiffer ,this is why coaching is so important for pace bowlers when they are young.

Is Bumrah getting right guidance regarding getting fit  ?

 

The NCA generally messes up rehabs of almost every pacer. I am getting worried regarding Bumrah's future. 

 

Last time, in 2019, Bumrah used outside help and recovered quickly.

And many of them keep getting injured again after returning. Or take more than usual time to recover.

 

Chahar is a case in point. 

Now Bumrah. 

Happened earlier with Bhuvi.

Nagarkoti and Mavi were struggling for a long time.

Tyagi keeps getting injured too.

 

The injury management wing at the NCA needs to be put under the scanner by the BCCI.

All I said is that Bumrah would be better off playing at the lower levels so he can be gradually be brought back to form and fitness rather than the rigors and pressure of international cricket. So in effect its the same work load without the pressure.

You were on who was complaining about family time for cricketers go read your post. There is reason why harshal and unadkat perform in ranji. I don’t want bumrah run to the ground on dead pitches. Regarding county pujara score lot of runs yet failed in England recently.

He is from a superior gene pool. Australians are too tough compared to us Indians apparently. Nothing to do with diet/nutrition and opportunity. 

 

Yet weight lifting wrestling etc india are superior.

I think it depends on the player. never saw most of the WI greats floating it in eng although most played county cricket.
