Shadab,Hasaranga,Rashid Khan,to some extent Ish Sodhi..even Liam Livingstone is bowling leg spin fairly regularly.. so all our Asian neighbors have them except BD..but they have factory of finger spinners..have Shakib and Mehidy Hasan..who bat very well.. so seems..all Asian countries except India are able to have good spin ARs..
