Why are we blaming the pitch aussies won by 9 wickets … wtf ? And in the first innings  for the most part they were way ahead in the game .:.  Agreed these pitches give us only 3 days of cricket .. but the result is coz of shitty batting …

The pitches have been shitty this entire series. But, this was easily the worst of them all. Results are irrelevant

They have been sh!t since 2017 Oz series! Pune was a disgraceful surface & that's not just because we lost & same goes for Bangalore 2017 - that was even worse, FFS Lyon picked up an 8fer on first day

This was a perfect opportunity to roll out a flat surface after leading 2-0 in this series.
 

WTC has unnecessarily put pressure to win at all costs. India is safe for WTC final even before this match. No way SL is going to win both tests in NZ.

India won the toss as well and with a flat surface could have easily scored 400+ with batting till 9.

 

Opportunity missed and knowing TM they will again go for the rank tuner in Ahmedabad.

But we didn't need to win here did we, not to mention Starc & green were still not 100% while bowling. If there's a step by step guide on how not to do things lose cricket matches from almost impossible situations, this test would be the perfect example! Why the * not roll out a flat pitch & make sure Oz bowlers need to bowl 300 overs to get us out? Their best pacer was already out of the series & we could've easily gone with Kuldeep over Siraj on such a surface as well, it seems the TM is not only brain dead but they also have an itch/get high seeing India lose in a humiliating fashion

flat tracks are better because they test quality of spinners and pacers.
