1. Don't just look at Brent crude price. There's overhead of transport cost, refining cost, insurance cost, currency depreciation against USD. All these are inflationary.

 

2.UPA govt used to issue oil bonds cover the losses.

 

3. BJP govt. navigated Russia Ukraine war oil shock by buying discounted oil from Russia against West pressure saving 15 billion usd.

 

4. Sold Russian oil refined in India(called value addition) back to the west further bolstering forex reserves.

It's strange how you take other cost for modi time but not not for upa time

In 2014 they were paying 3.73 which means 218 rupees

Now where is Modi superiority here? 

In UPA time petrol increased by 2.2 times in india while in USA it increase 2.75 times

 

In nda time it increased 1.3 times while in USA it increased 1.4 times. 

 

BTW During upa dollar appreciated from 45.5 to 58.5 while under nda it incread to 83.5 . Again whose fault?

Are you seriously comparing cost of fuel / petrol / gas in US vs India ? Are you aware US is net exporter of gas / oil ?

To be honest with time I only begin to realise how deeply influential this family has been. What an amazing job of brainwashing people. 

 

RG can talk about separating India, or curse Indian army, or speak about forced wealth redistribution or talk about unbelievable handouts which will make India worse than Venezuela. But they compel to defend him as some hindu hero even if literally he is doing everything to end this country. 

 

Key thing to remember. People of this generation might end up having some feelings around Modi and BJP. This shouldn't happen.

It doesn’t tap its oil reserves fully, imports a lot of oil as BOP in trade deficits from Canada, Brazil, KSA. Iraq,. India has limited reserves buys mostly from IRussia and ME. Not same crude oil sources to compare.
