They can never change Modi doesn't get enough credit for the banking reforms and the scale of digitization that he has done. Now all the cash transfers are done directly to the beneficiaries' bank accounts. No middlemen involved. Earlier people had to go to sarkari offices for such things. Corruption was rampant. Rahul Gandhi clearly has said about redistribution in his own speeches. They are on his channel. Annamalai recently gave an interview to PTI. He even played it and Congress is in damage control and beep out the part about redistribution. They are giving reservations to Muslims in OBC category.
