Today it's Ganesh nimarjan and tomorrow Muharram. Both days the city is shut down. Forget hosting the team , the team is not getting any crowd to watch the matches

There is a Cease fire at the border according to Govt...  Trade isn't blocked completely.   

 

I don't think Southern states have ever expressed animosity at the same level as the Northern ones. 

Scenes would be entirely different in UP Punjab Delhi Himachal & Rajasthan or Mumbai coz of 26/11.   Hence no Pak games there. 

I doubt people even knew what happened to our security persons in Kashmir just this month. 

It is sad but reality.

This is most logical reason, Southern states simply don't have that level of indifference against Pakistan like we have in North, tbh even folks of Gujrat won't have the same animosity towards Bangladesh which an Indian Bengali will have, so not blaming anyone.

I am sure the environment will be different if Pakistan plays in Ahmedabad or in Lucknow (not sure if they have a game there).

 

Also, as a host have to give them all facilities which we are offering to other inviting teams, its just that our media is more focussed towards Pakistan and their arrival coz that brings trp for them. Then we have some idiots here as well.

Old city folks will fill up the stadium, it may not be a full house but it won't be empty either....

Folks from Tolichowki, Sheikpet, Karwaan, Yakutpura, Malakpet will be standing in lines to enter to the stadium.

Exactly no big deal...  Any PR is good PR.   Pakistan always gushes it is very welcoming..  Mehmaan nawazi type crap..  Bade dilwale 

So it works for us as well. 

 

I think they have only India-Pak game in Ahmedabad..  So it is going to be heated. 

One game in Kolkata vs Bangla (that would be funny
