Bowlers conceded way too many runs on this pitch... Looking at Pak v BD game it was barely a 170-180 at best track. 

 

Sack the selectors for this disaster of a squad.

This is not a good side to be honest. May be on different slow pitches would do well. But on these fast and bouncy pitches these guys don't have skill to survive and score runs. Look how loose they play.

Saharan has not impressed me at all this tournament and Moliya looks more like a Akash Chopra regen than a middle order batter, will have to play out of their skins these two

The difference in standard between the two sides is chalk and cheese. This batch of u19 is pretty poor bar maybe Munsheer khan.

These guys have done nothing special leading into the WC and genuinely don't look like they have a lot of ability either.

 

VVS Laxman's appointment seems so lazy, he is far from a modern cricket expert and this team and his selection reflect so.

What an atrocious performance!! Comfortably the worst U19 batch since that dreadful 2010 batch of Kela , Mayank, Undercutter and Harshal Patel .

Dhas looks at ease and is batting with a swagger, as if on a different surface. Loved that straight drive.

Yeah..we have made 4 consecutive U19 finals since 2014 winning twice so I guess law of averages catching up.

Didn't they thrash every team coming into SF? It happens, chasing even smaller target is difficult in u19 cricket while this is 245 in SF and SA has good side. Should have batted first,though.

Give me 2 Bangla pacers Borson & Maruf & these guys would restrict this SA batting to 180 at best. 

Only bowlers to blame here.  Batters are not supposed to excel at these conditions in their young days.

Yep. I'm surprised by the production of young fast bowlers in Bangladesh. They have been producing tall, pacy, wiry quicks for a decade now at these World Cups. Ever since Taskin at least.

 

Borson in particular is very impressive.  

 

India, as a whole, really needs to upgrade its diet. Less carbs/more meat.   Even the quick bowlers of 2018 were all short.

Sachin Dhas - 94 average , 118 strike rate for this tournament

 

Saumy Pandey has been exceptional as a bowler

 

Musheer is potentially a good allrounder.

 

3 decent finds.  Not much else to be honest.
