But ,got to admit he frustrated many of us here,yes he should be applauded for his herculean effort and giving immense support to Siraj when Akashdeep was clearly struggling with fitness, maintaining 140+ despite a pasting 195 runs partnership between Root-Brook

They didn't let their shoulders down when Eng were within touching distance,hope he does it many more times for us in future

Prasidh should be our 3rd seamer going forward, Akashdeep really needs to work on his fitness, he is only good for the first spell with the new ball, after that he goes missing the entire tests.

You tell me which bowler we have seen since that period was a finished product? Not even the sena bowlers come with such expectations.

Actually, he likes him so much, he expects the world of him, like a tough parent. He 's laways comparing him to the next door Sharmaji ka beta who has  passed out in flying colors.

No one is finished product unless they play more,but we already had Shami who was quite fit then,also we had Shardul who was touted to be our 4th pacer overseas 

If you have guys breathing down your neck ,you won't be given more rope

Yes he also got injured in between,he has proved me wrong here and seems good for now to be our 3/4 th pacer overseas with Bumrah

Actually very happy with Gill and he was way better than what I expected. Couldn't be happier 

 

Wanted Iyer as captain as he showed captaincy credentials but if Gill can deliver results don't mind one bit. Maybe Gill as Test captain and Iyer as the shorter format one.

Bana bana bowler Saf aur Australia ko bhi nai milta hai aur idar log randi rona karte hai ki ek bowler jisko chance dia wo run de raha hai.

DK shared on cricbuzz about his private conversation with prasidh after the match. Seems like prasidh said his legs were not moving. Only after siraj's wicket he found energy and motivation.

Prasidh is like Tongue as in has high highs but inconsistent. If that can be fixed, will be a menace. His bounce is dangerous.
