Was watching the highlights and wow Pak has found a really fab player in Amer Jamal. Both with ball and bat

He played domestic cricket in Australia for a few years, so knows the conditions well. Could be a vital asset for them in Sena tours

We need that ability from fast bowlers to win matches from nowhere. That is missing from Indian fast bowlers.

Would u like to say anything about the secondary skills of most Aus top order batter?   For ex, T Head(a part timer) picking the crucial wicket of Babar when he(babar) was quickly taking the game away from Aus.

Pakistan fought so well with inexperienced players in these conditions just to throw everything in small period whole series. They have frauds in team too but some players have done pretty well. Overall pakistani fans shouldn't be really disappointed with fight their team has put. They have done way better than expected till now but just couldn't resist for long. Think masood is right choice as captain. Australia has many weakness which we can exploit later this year. We need keep our every bowler fit & fresh for that series.

Exactly same thing happened with india in 2014 tour of aus. Close to winning adelaide. 70 to get 8 wickets in hand and we lose. Even in gabba we were good. Lost by 4 wickets. Same story 2014 nz tour. Chasing 380 odd bad umpiring and we lose by 40 odd. Same again next test. Lead of 200. Kohli drops baz, baz makes 300 and we draw. Repeat the same story against england. Win lords due to rahane ishant and then jadeja drops cook next test in southampton or Manchester i think and we lose the series. Then again saf. Have them on mat in joberg I guess 80/4 chasing 414 i think and then day 4 we scramble to a draw as ashwin goes missing and faf and ab nearly win it for them. Those close matches one after the other taught us a lot and slowly we made our way back winning key moments. Should have at least drawn england series but couldnt chase 180 odd then again saf we couldnt chase similar but we won 2 sena tests. Then 2018 oct onwards everything changed and we have won 10 sena tests ( 4 aus, 3 england, 3 saf. Should have won sydney if not for rain) in last 5 years. For a comparison we won 0 in 17 yrs between 1986 to 2003 ( adelaide agarkar).. the difference with us and pakistan was that we never moaned and we accepted the fault and worked on it. Pakistan media is now behaving like they should have won 3-0 and cursing umpire pitch drs etc etc..

That would be gold but we don't have those.Even new comers like Gill and Jaiswal don't seem to be having those skills.

Who can forget Viru's two wickets, or Sachin three wickets in Kolkatta.

That is why Aussies can operate with just 4 main bowlers. Marsh has become very decent as batsman. He and Head have shown as a players you always can reinvent yourself. That is what India has lacked, Pandya not wanting to improve by playing FC cricket.

Fringe players not focussing on improving their skills.Players need to have that hunger to improve their skills.

That is what Jadeja has done thru out his career.Ashwin was always considered a better batsman but he worked and improved his batting skills. It is not even close now.He went from bits and pieces player to core player in all three formats.

This lodu Gobar Azam has made his career on playing ultra flat pindi and Karachi highways  his average again going to touch 50 when he goes back to Pakistan  I feel sorry for our batsmen they have to play on mine fields in India just to glorify mediocre cricket like Asshwin and fraudeja  who are good for nothing outside these land mines

Mediocre cricketers were fighting like lions in BGT 2020-21 (in SCG, Jadeja was padded up to bat despite a broken finger) when Coolie ran away like a coward after the Adelaide humiliation. History never forgets rats who abandon the sinking ship, in this case your favorite later used PR to claim credit for a historic series win which was made possible by superior men than him. Cope harder.

Losing to this Aus in WTC F was a crime. I get losing in T20s and ODIs because of the nature of those formats. But tests always allow you to come back, stronger team always has the edge after 5 days. Unpardonable surrender then, in hindsight those 2 WTC F losses are even worse than the numerous white ball KO losses.

WTC2 was on a flat road too, can't blame the venue for that one. When travis head can score run a ball 150, what excuse does rohit, kohli, pujara, gill have to not even score 50 across both innings

Losing 5-6 wickets for nothing or almost nothing seems to be the flavor of the month.

More like flavor of the decade, check Oz's collapses since 2011(?) SA tour where they were 21/9 :phew:

WTCF  2 final doesn't hurt that much, we got bamboozled by Head in one Innings. They should change the rules to keep the WTC final in one of the two nations that make it tthe final. Why in England, mushtundon!

But WTC1 was self-destruct, with Pant and Jadeja going retard , had to play 10-15 more overs for a draw.  It was bad advice given to them by Ravi Shastri/Kohli ,
