Damn could lose 70% to this Serbian twit.

Poor bandya. Don't hate the guy and neither do I really like him but this is a terrible scenario for him and men in this situation in general.

If you are rich, GET A PRENUP.

Always trust in family. So how would this work though?

Beneficiary would be his parents and he just inherits the money back?

Wouldn't need to redistribute to his ex?

By that, his dad also shouldn't have trusted his mom and kept everything in Hardik's fraternal grandma's ownership. Right?

That is not how families are built. That is also not how courts function. If it's his fault, courts could still rule in her favor such that, he'd have to maintain her and the child's lifestyle. It would include having access to same or similar house, cars, facilities and wealth share. That is at least how many western courts rule, not sure about Indian.

Strong pre-nup is what would save people tho. However, it's very uncommon in India. Maybe successful people in India may pursue it.

Hey man I might mock him for eating that stuff but God damn those things are ridiculously tasty. Just need to have control.

I have tried most type of cuisines. Indian ones by far is the tastiest. Sadly not healthiest for the body depending on what it is. Cause I do power lifting and stuff the max I would go for is dal and tandoori chicken. But occasionally you just have to indulge. Indian food is just ridiculously tasty.
