The Urgent Need to Replace Dube with Rinku Singh

If the Indian captain and coach have any brain cells left, they should replace Dube with Rinku Singh before the first World Cup match. Dube is mainly known for his ability to handle spin, but this CSK hack has not proven himself at the international level and lacks a solid portfolio. Unlike Dube, Rinku is a designated finisher for the team. Considering how terrible Pandya and Jadeja were as finishers today, it's high time we brought Rinku into the team. Dube's bowling is useless, and he's a terrible fielder too. The Indian think tank is making a massive blunder by keeping Rinku out. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

I still won't count him out just yet. We have Jadeja plyaing for 15 years.  Dube can bowl a bit. On a slow tacky pitch like this he can bowl better than Siraj

Jadeja is the worst t20 player in our 15.

 

Dube also wont do much against good bowling attacks and specially if the pitch is not a patta he will be a walking wicket.

His batting reminds me of Yuvraj in 2014 wt20

But India going with same old guys who are one-dimensional in nature will be a recipe for disaster. He played like that for CSK 2 or 3 matches last season with a strike rate under 100. CSK fans were wanting him out. Suddenly he started exploding. Cannot go with 5 bowlers/ 5 batsmen given that Jaddu is neither good in bowling nor in batting.

Oh how I wish Dube plays a few matches and we see Rinku in super 8s versus the good attacks.

 

We will see what Rinku does then - can't wait.

At this point he can come in only when  someone is injured. In a funny way Rohit is the least deserving player among them. Failed in IPL. Failed in world T20 for several years.  He can't bowl. Do anything useful.

Axar and Jadeja are not batsmen. And Rohit & Dubey are iffy. This batting unit is the worst one we've ever carried to a world tourney this century. They're either over the hill or TTFs. No fresh blood or youngsters at all in a format which is meant for them.

Can't run around in the field too with that pot belly.  His PR saves him from being called out. Big liability
