Since there was no one behind him and the goal was open it is awarded as a ps. If keeper would have been right behind him it would have been a PC

It was heading towards the goal, that's why.

yeah but goalie can only be in one spot, if defenders are rushing there always be a chance that the goalie might not be directly behind them
