singhvivek141 Posted January 24, 2025 Author Posted January 24, 2025 Rahane is playing cover drive so away from his body, and commentators be like "aankhon ko sukoon deta hai ye shot". Play the same shot in Australia & England and you will have same fate as Virat. raki05, AuxiliA and Lord 3
cowboysfan Posted January 24, 2025 Posted January 24, 2025 more than Rohit i am dissapointed in Jaiswal,he just refuses to take the next step into stardom -he needs mental fortitude to stick around and grit out innings. raki05 1

He is already in form. Some good bowling by Yudhvir. He is surely not one of those Ranji Trundlers you can toy around with. Probably better than every Mumbai pacer. rollingstoned and raki05 1 1

cowboysfan Posted January 24, 2025 Posted January 24, 2025 Smaran continuing his good form, karnataka badly needs a middle order bat.
Lone Wolf Posted January 24, 2025 Posted January 24, 2025 Has JK ever beaten Mumbai?? This might be a collosal upset against a fairly star studded Mumbai line up. Wish Umran played for JK this game. raki05 and express bowling 1 1
Lone Wolf Posted January 24, 2025 Posted January 24, 2025 There is definately more quality in JK pace attack than Bambis. Mumbai's spin attack is better. raki05 and rollingstoned 1 1

He is fine. He opens the batting and will always have the odd dismissal to good deliveries vs the new ball. No opener is going to score a big innings every game even in Ranji. Re: stardom, Id rather he focuses on his game than that. We have too many "stars" as is. He is clearly hungry so that cannot be doubted. He can guts it out but ultimately he is a free flowing batsman. He does go through lapses in concentration where he starts throwing his bat but he is only 23 and will learn. What India are missing as a complement to him is a steady and solid opener at the other end. I'm not even sure who the viable candidates would be. Gill has too many technical weaknesses to survive more than a couple of overs vs the new ball in England. The less said about Rohit the better obviously.

singhvivek141 Posted January 24, 2025 Author Posted January 24, 2025 Yudhvir hasn't bowled from quite long time. What is the reason, is he got injured ? Usually a fit guy. Umar & Nabi are bowling before lunch itself and are continuing.
singhvivek141 Posted January 24, 2025 Author Posted January 24, 2025 Ajinkya mediocre Rahane failed yet again. Brilliant flying catch by 39 year old Paras Dogra. Ajinkya was making merry in the SMAT, before laying ducks in Ranji. As the red ball game returns, failures are back. Lone Wolf and raki05 2

He took out Mumbai's lower order which has frustrated teams last few seasons
