i highly doubt Siraj will be more impactful in Australia than Jadeja with the ball, nevermind the bat. 
I think Kohli should be dropped and Sarfaraz brought in- he's done a lot more than Kohli in far shorter a time period. 

I personally think Ashwin would be the 11th player, as your lineup is 10 man long :)

Sports tak reported that he might travel. Looks like some shake up after BCCI meeting yesterday to review NZ loss.

Rohit is not available for the first 2 tests i think.  It is going to be a nightmare to pick a balanced side when we have an out of form elephant in the middle order. Tail could be long.

What happened to kuldeep guys. This is a travesty.  Everyone was picking him to be the sole spinner overseas. Now he couldn't even find a spot in the home series.

 

Ashwin, Jadeja, Sundar only then Kuldeep. Ash/Jad mainly for their supplementary skills.  Hope Kuldeep continues working his bowling.

DSP will feature for sure. They will use his last time performance as a criteria to select him.

This is going to be a realistic squad...not the ideal one keeping in mind our experience is king and the fact we will be playing in an away tour.

 

Rohit being absent would have been great as he is a walking wicket. I might have some hope for Kohli as this is Australia but Rohit is like Afridi..here to entertain for five balls.

 

Siraj will play as we can't have only Bumrah and few test bowlers. He wouldnt have played if Shami was here but now he has the experience.

 

I think  Sarfaraz would have been benched for KLR but after what KLR did in the A game.. hopefully he doesnt play.Jurel will likely take his place.

 

Jadeja is gonna be totally useless with ball but he might be good with bat.

Perth is a green BOUNCY track- Prasidh is the first bowler after BOOM as he has bounce and thats why he is in Australia, secondly he faired very well in the second practice match too.

Manav suthar is a very good spinner as good a JADDU and better than washie but he got 1 wicket in 2 innings in first practice match. even tanish kotian who played second match probably just got  wicket in 2 innings -point i wish to make is we need 4 fast bowlers in perth and out of this 4 , NItish is not one. probably they should pick 7 batsman including jurel as keeper and 4 fast bowlers - boom , prasidh, akash ( he is in form), Siraj ( he will bounce back in form for sure , if he does not he should not play again in this series) or Harshit rana ( he is new so he may not get his debut in perth but if he plays ahead of Siraj i will be surprised.)

abhi manyu eswaran is set to OPEN and jurel will play.
