Highly unlikely. We are buying more Rafales instead.

Su57 deal too is on the table.
AMCA is atleast 12-15 years away, Tejas Mk2 is atleast 4-5 years. Depleting strength of squadrons is a cause of worry.
6-7 squadrons of both Su57 and Rafales are on the discussion. Su57 being a larger jet can carry heavier payload and even more of Brahmos (which currently is only carried by Su-30 MKI and that too only one per jet).

Rafales are good for close combat, Su57 will be useful for longer standoff and dogfights as it's avionics is pretty similar to Su30

I m saying this based on sources. There is a reason why Modi didn’t go to UNGA or Trump is not talking about Indo Pacific . Also India EU trade deal is stuck on Russia India relations.

Just think this way. We have already paid too much price ( including NO to F-35 )to West to save relations with Russia.. there must be something very strategic in return. Imo its jet engine and Chinese rare earths (our semiconductor factories)

In current geopolitics situation, I don't think Modi is going take this step. They will wait for Trump to go.

Our Indian origin CEO icons (who owe everything to absurdly subsidized STEM education in India) even when they reach the top of vast business empires, keep trying hard to be accepted as honorary whites. The Brown Sepoy syndrome.

GoI should simply disallow voting rights for OCI card holders. We should not allow citizens of other countries to have a say in our decision making.

OCIs do not have voting rights in India as they have given up Indian citizenship.

NRIs do.

Another good move which should have been done much earlier. Still not very restrictive though

Now dust have settled. I can say that major beneficiary will be IT companies who will have significantly lower attrition rate. IiRC same concept was tried in UK and Indian IT companies have increased staff numbers several times.
