No one cares about bilaterals that is why whole ICF was whining about silly series loss in SL.

Give Pakistan credit, they won Odi series , they have been surprisingly doing okay after the hammering they got in first test against England.

Babar & Rizwan are their best batters. ODI format is most comfortable to them.

If bowlers support them then they can be a strong contender.

Problem is their bowling will falter when needed.

Where is the firepower?

Apart from the openers I can’t see any hitters.

Is Ghulam a good hitter? Agha I know is slow and steadt.

Yeah Ghulam can hit spin very well.

Pure powerhitters are a little overrated in ODI cricket.

Apart from Travis Head and maybe Klassen, nobody scores at an exceptional strike rate in ODI cricket with any consistency nowadays.

I have high expectations from Saim.

But considering the way he plays - I fear he might be inconsistent and have some low scores in between as well. On some days, he might score huge hundreds as well though..

Fakhar has been thrown out and is not even part of the central contract

Your ( low ) class is evident in each of your post and this one is no exception. Black sheep among so many good posters here.

Need an all rounded for the 7.

Right now relying on part timers like Salman, Saim and Kamran as the fifth bowler.

Perhaps Abbas Afridi whose batting seems quite good.

What happened to Nawaz and Shadab

Dropped for his bad bowling.

If he could just land the ball consistently on a good line and length, considering his batting and fielding he would be an automatic pick.

Bowling wasn't good enough.

PCB are trying a batsman at the 7 while splitting the 5th bowler between the part timers.

On turning pitches it works otherwise they can go for runs.

Batting flopped during world cup. I think the hammering they took in Asia cup knocked their socks off .They were shot after that match.
