No, Bot sides will hit each others key satelites within week 1. And then they will rely on their partner countries sattelites.

Lol India is really struggling with its own Navic satellites...  Their numbers are running alarmingly low..  If a conflict with China starts Tommorow for example we will go running to US to provide us real time data

Situation is so alarming that GoI has decided to fast-track key satellite launches from private entities as ISRO keeps failing to launch satellites.

Just look at their track record in last couple of years.  It's astonishingly bad

China will avoid conflict as it needs Taiwan. It will only test its weapons via Pakistan. Conflict with India is exactly what US wants China to do.

Russia is in mix if there is Chinese US war. Thats what US is avoiding and want China to fight US via India

we are prepared in Sea. China battling us in Tibet has Choke points.  We can fight them on Himalayan border

The issue is that the quality of our human resources is very sub-par. Chinks will flog our Airforce and Navy in a conventional war.

May be the babu was a "aman ki aasha" retard when in University (You will find plenty of them in left wing Universities like JNU) and he thought the situation would "normalize" after some time.

Any why would babu approve an isolated india - pak match? The schedule is decided by BCCI. May be some retard in BCCI wanted the paaisoo of the India-Pak match.

Yeah yeah ministers great saar. It's all babus who do wrong

Well they are churning out 100+fighter jets domestically per year with multiple 5th gen ones.

Here HAL is struggling to give us 6 Tejas single engine jets per year.  Delays after delays.

Airforce is on ventilator. 36 jets inducted in last 10 years.

In contrast 240+ jets were inducted between 2004-2014.  Even ABV government was pretty serious about having numbers in fighters.

India should be thanking its lucky stars that we have a huge mountain range separating us.

I'd say Indian Navy will hold its own against Chinese Navy which is mostly concentrated on eastern seaboard...but that is bound to change in next decade.

I am actually optimistic about Indian Navy.  It's our most efficient branch by our standards.

India needs to scrap ladli behna yojanas, freebies and stop worrying about Elections and work towards modernization and indigenisation of military like every country is doing.

ISRO for what is worth is probably having funding issues that has accelerated its failure rate.

Even their with their superior navigation assets 10× bigger Airforce, missile and most importantly thousands of guided rocket forces would ensure a setback.  And I am not even counting UCAVS which they have in God knows how many numbers.  Gap is steadily increasing.

Say in 2000 India probably had a better chance to give Chinese a bloody nose in border conflict than it has now

Taiwan is a roadblock for them.  It is a critical buffer period for us to prepare before they eventually come for us.

I still believe our nuke deterrence against Chinese is barely enough.

Geography again screws our Missile capabilities.

I am not sure if funding would help. The human resources are of low quality. No amount of money would fix it in short term.

As fas as what I know...the Sukhoi 30 MKI's are going to an overhaul...making them into Super Sukhoi....close to 4.5+ generation fighters.

We have 250+ of them...Hopefully that will keep us relevant for few more years till AMCA comes in.

There has been some news circulating around Su-57,....already defence minister is purchasing 2 more suqadrons of S-400 (apart from the pending 2). Unless Su-57 has some serious deficit, we should be able to move ahead with 2-3 squadrons.

There are around 90 I Read that would be upgraded to Super Sukhois...  But it will take a lot of time too as of now it is only approved.  Good thing is that Nashik facility is perfect for it.

Still Won't solve our fighter jet squadron problem.  GoI has been pretty lax as far as IAF goes in last 10 years and it is coming to bite us big time.

Tejas Mk1 and Mk2 was supposed to address this issue but so far only delays after delays.

The MoD Babu who came up with GE404 engine idea needs to be castrated or thrown in forced labour camp.. as that Engine is now barely used & supply chain issue will always be there.  US pressure or not.

Low hanging fruits are UCAVs... But Ghatak stealth UCAV program has been in cold storage or God knows what is happening with it... A Kaveri Engine's derivative is supposed to power it.

I read that MoD is pretty lax on it as well.

Su57 is wait and watch as of now.

Anyways IAF is in no position to take on Chinese.  They have marched to a different stratosphere.

In short term India should opt for Iran route... Ballistic and Cruise missiles should be in enormous numbers.

Lower cost Nirbhay/ Lr LACM should be mass produced with huge payload.

Brahmos is costly due to Russian engines.. and its components plus smaller payload.

We can fire multiple of Nirbhays on Pakistani bases with huge damage.

Rudram 2/3 Air to Surface Missiles fitted on Sukhois Jaguars Mirages.. All this can be done in a short span with a fraction of money compared to the never ending quagmire that is IAF.

I saw Greece has been offered Nirbhay missiles which has shaken The Turkish media btw.

Seems GoI is intrested in its mass production.

Pak will give us the reason to attack them again pretty soon. With Mullah Munir at helm the next big terror attack will happen sooner than later.

The next strike will be bigger than OP Sindoor as has been the trend.

Wasn't preventing further attacks the whole point of Op Sindoor?

Jihadis ain't gonna stop. Get used to fighting with them if you want to beat them.

This was the first time ever we bombed their (terror) mosques & madrassas. Not to mention most of Pak's major air bases. Just in retaliation of a single terror attack.

Pak army will think a million times before sanctioning the next major terror attack as the retribution will be even bigger the next time. We might even target their top army personnel like Israel does. All bets are off.

But they will surely do it at some point..
