Abhishek Jaiswal Tilak Iyer (c) Axar Pandya Dube/Rinku Jiesh (wk) Kuldeep/Arshdeep (Kuldeep for spin friendly or slow pitches and Arshdeep for seam friendly or SENA pitches) Bumrah Varun C Top three all are lefty?

Leftie batters are more difficult to handle. look at the IPl and all of the aggressive openers who performed or scored a 100 - Jaiswal, Abhishek, Priyansh Arya, Suryavanshi, Sai Sudarshan. The only exception was Ayush Mhatre. Gill averages 28 at intl level and goes missing in finals. Why not replace him with Jaiswal?
vvvslaxman Posted September 29, 2025 Posted September 29, 2025 Look at his statement. "I feel I am not out of form, I feel I am out of runs," Suryakumar said. "I believe more in what I am doing in the nets and my preparation. So in matches, things are on autopilot."

Vk1 Posted September 30, 2025 Posted September 30, 2025 He brought the revolution or it began with him. He will do well on flat pitches.

He is repeatedly getting out while playing that scoop shot. He totally forgot how to play infront of the wicket. Ultimate_Game 1

pramodk Posted September 30, 2025 Posted September 30, 2025 Wow, when you are the best among 1 billion people, no mistakes, otherwise there is some one else to replace you ...i wonder how people like Sachin Tendulkar handled this pressure, i guess take one ball at a time ...??
putrevus Posted September 30, 2025 Posted September 30, 2025 No it is too late to kick him out, he has been leading the team very well. He should be captain for next world t20. He should be told to bat at number 4 and let Tilak be number 3.
tapandrun Posted October 18, 2025 Posted October 18, 2025 If Iyer performs in this Aus series , alot can change for him
Sooda Posted October 18, 2025 Posted October 18, 2025 With the ball coming on to the bat better in Aus than in Asia cup you'd expect or hope SKY to have a good series. Here's hoping

Vk1 Posted October 26, 2025 Posted October 26, 2025 SKY still conforms to the high SR low avg mindset. Iyer is not a very high upgrade over Surya. On flat pitches, SKY >>> Iyer. tapandrun 1
