Abhishek is good when undertakes a guy or two under his wings and train independently. Not sure how he fits in a team environment. Even DK mentioned individualized coaching of ABhishek nayar turned his career around.

Ever heard that the very beginning is a very good place to start? Am sure there's an alphabet reciting video that goes " J K L M.." then music, introduction, then starts at ABC ... Annoying. They try to make you watch the whole video just in case you get bored after few minutes. So they have what they think as best parts of the video as preview.
