Haha, but people moving or leaving a camp based on films would likely be mentally “flimsy”.

You are missing the point.

It is stories like this, of active revenge, serve as political propaganda towards an ideology.

Hindus in general do not like extremism. When it is necessary to stand up, they will (or can). A “propaganda” will make them see such initiatives as an example of extremism in Hindusim and eventually tag such extremism as a counter productive societal force too.

The battle between Hindusim and Islam, for example, is not just about religions but about (or at least the perception) being open v closed, welcoming v restrictive, tolerance v intolerance, current values v ancient values, respectful to all Gods v respectful to only one, and so on.

In general, films should be enjoyed for being films, a medium of art!

Haan bhai! Too convenient  like in Bond movies when the villain captures Bond and gives him a slight window of opportunity to escape instead of shooting him dead!! Do you know the concept of fiction and artistic liberty?

Fiction and liberty are fine but shouldn't be common sense defying if you are creating a realistic setting. A most wanted criminal for whom a special police cell has been created, will fall asleep in a car on the way from an inauguration program.  yes, I believe that. On top of that, it was pre-planned. How could you preplan someone falling asleep in a car.  They banked on him falling asleep.

Yeah, from a screenplay preceptive, the ending was relatively lame. The writers could have done a better job.

The film also has many sections that drag so could have been helped with better editing too. It is like they could not find a way to remove many parts and had to do justice to all the actors.

If you set aside connecting events with terrorist attacks or terror angle, it's a normal done to death gangster power struggle story with some hard to digest screenplay writing. It's a decent one time watch, but not as good as the hype it is getting.

Those who have watched Dhurandhar...no one even commented one line that "Gori mem" is also in the movie.

This is unacceptable, you guys should have highlighted that as well.

It is basically a gangster-crime film similar to Satya, Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai, etc.

Here the Satya character is driven by patriotism rather than glory or love or whatever.

We don't know yet whether the satya here is driven by patriotism as they showed in the end they have created a mercenary out of a criminal.

This is my wild guess:

They expected to release in 1 part. But the budget had exceeded the plan and the only way to recover, as they thought at that time considering the lull stage for ranveer singh, must be to release two movies. Hence the editor had to relax his knife/scissor/sword while editing.

This is what happens in Telugu film industry also.

I am firm believer of thesis "Clash of civilizations". Islamic world is our rival and the only way to counter violence, as Gita says, is with counter-violence. For this the weaponization of Dharmic faiths is a must.

Ending was weak and illogical. Maybe justify them all falling to sleep at the same time with some sleeping pill or drug explanation.

Ther will be part 2 as well. Because in real story, after Dakaits death. Dhurandhar plays football in liyari with sevred head of his opponent, And inspector Aslam Beg killed

You could be accused of misinterpreting Geeta much like how Muslims do with Koran :p:

You will be surprised how many terrorists were encountered and killed out of sheer luck. I heard  that. Burman Wani was captured on a trap of honey , that the agencies had laid out as he was cheating on all his female partners and one was jealous and cowed. Humans can make  silly mistakes .

I think there is no mis interpretation of Koran. It calls for conquest and the followers are doing exactly the same. Through demographics or terrorism or through al taqiyya.
