Indira did conducted N tests but the data collected wasnt sufficient, hence India needed tl do another Nuclear Test. PVNR took that initiative and started working over it, but before he could do it, his govt collapsed. There is a famous saying that PVNR did asked Vajpayee ji and Kalam to complete his pending task. During PVNR's time a host of pro-muslim/anti-hindu laws were put in place. Reservation was codifed. He may have done what was necessary economically, but he was a disaster for the country from a societal pov. The Waqf act, the places of worship act, reservations being legitimized and encouraged, naxalism growing unchecked - all due to him.

More push towards hisab chukta politics.

Is this implying that Russia is ok with US capturing Latin American oil reserves as long as they get entire Europe?

Trump has convinced 77 million Americans about 50% of votes polled, that is a lot of people to tell to. This shows how bad the candidate Kamala was for the undecided voters. He had US out of Iraq and Afghanistan and was the anti-war candidate. Biden pushed the Ukraine war for NATO and had also supported deep state action in South Asia. It is a moot point, but there is no conclusive proof that Kamala would have not done what Trump and deep state did in Venezuela or any other part of the world. You can say whatever with hindsight 20/20, but in terms of foreign policy US deep state, MIC, oil exploration/or domination wins pushes/runs these kinds of activities. That is the coffee to wake up to.

Leave aside other stuff, but we had arguments going back to the initial days of trump admin where I claimed trump will come for Indians/India when the relations were much warm. So I am not just doing Monday morning quarterbacking. Where is the Bengali uncle? Kamala wasn’t a great candidate as she kind of got in without a primary, but on hindsight literally no one could have won it for dems as Biden had screwed up immigration when there was lot of inflation. But I knew Trump 2.0 will not be anything like Trump 1.0 because unlike in 1.0 where traditional republicans controlled him, he will control them. Edited January 5 by IndianRenegade coffee_rules 1

Don’t worry, I will give you bragging rights for I told you so sweepstakes. Trump 2.0 started with him posting support for Hindus in Bangladesh, appointing Tulsi and Patel in his cabinet. There was no evidence 2.0 turn out so different from 1.0. Even then he was not having moderate Republican leaders controlling him. He had burned bridges with all career politicians, but all we could hope for his losing support in Congress this year.
mishra Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Looks like in indictment, Maduro is being charged for links to Hezbollah and attacks on Jews in Argentina.

Even then he was not having moderate Republican leaders controlling him. He had burned bridges with all career politicians, but all we could hope for his losing support in Congress this year. I would say otherwise. Based on how he runs his business, unless he wins it is a bad deal, plenty of stories of him shortchanging banks, & people who worked on his projects. His worldview of geopolitics going back to the 80s reflected this, that trade was bad, everyone is screwing America over, they should all pay up. When people give this guy the power & leverage of the POTUS, he is going to exploit it. 1.0, republicans were able to restrict this to just china. In Trump 2.0, he had hoped for his friend modi to just fold on trade, there is no love lost between him & islamists, so condemnation wasn't probably difficult to get. Trump also thinks himself as a deal maker, takes all sides of the issue, finally goes with what he thinks suites him. he offered Modi F35s, he had hopped Modi to give big defense order, promise billions like his other minnions. Modi refused to be his lap dog, didn't give him credit for cease fire, & P@rkis said we will happily be a pig in your zoo & do tricks. In Trump 1.0 traditional republicans would have convinced him that India was important strategic ally against china, but no republican would dare to interfere after Mike Waltz was kicked out for lobbying for Israel. Added to this his chief policy advisor Miller is from the Bannon school, they hate India, Indian immigrants & India doesn't have the lobbying Infra that Israel has built up. He has come for literally everyone in this term unless you payed up, sucked up & san his praises. That's that. W.r.t Tulsi & Patel, them being Hindus/Indians had nothing to do with their positions. Trump just rewarded loyalists. Edited January 5 by IndianRenegade
MechEng Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Akash Banerjee makes good videos and asks good questions. But sometimes he goes overboard with wrist slitting (as seen in the last part of the video)
