I'm fully aligned and would also like to propose converting the pitch into a wet bar :agree:

Host dandiya and marriage parties so all the attendees can enjoy there for once :two_thumbs_up:

the pitch remains :orderorder: … Ahmedabad has 11 pitches - some red, some black, maybe some a mix of both

I agree with other parts -> make visiting stadiums like a fun event instead of a place where people act like animals caged in a zoo!

What do you call someone who sabotages chances for their own country and intentionally helps the opposition to win as long as it's the stadium of their choice?

What do you call someone who starts cheering for the opposition just to defend their favourite ground and cares just for their state over the entire country?

Answer - A NRI gujju!

That's a very low effort. I'm sure you can do better.

In the early 90s my dad purchased a Maruti 800. It had a cassette player and a customized taveez hanging spot on the central rear view mirror. It has windows which you had to roll with your hand. As a kid, towards the end of the millennium I had some good memories in the car. Sometime in 2002, we decided to purchase a Fiat Palio. It had a button windows, AC vents, speakers behind and a digital? odometer. My sister learned how to drive on the Palio. One day she brushed against a taxi at Worli naka.

Don't think my dad called the car a panauti and had my sister switch to the Maruti 800? Blasphemous, wouldn't you think? :dontknow:

I think the equivalent here would be owning a classic mercedes and them switching to a cyber truck which has a million problems.

PS I would like it if a section at NaMo was removed to create a park with an open air restaurant with lounging chairs and maybe a pool.

People will start having baths with soap and start washing clothes while watching cricket. Multitasking at its best.

Haha, but ticket prices would be high at such a section so it would mostly attract those who have people to wash their clothes and looking to have fun while experiencing cricket - buffet, lounging, pool, etc. with large TVs placed all around too.

What is wrong with that?

I run the machine sometimes during India games. Especially when Harsha Bhogle comes to the commentary box. Sound of the machine whirling is preferable to listening to Harsha.

Modi stadium is India’s pride.

It is like Santiago Bernabeu but in Gujarat. An engineering marvel and will be known for its superlative design and unique structure for decades to come.

It is going to host olympic events and future Wrestlemanias as well and all the haters are gonna just wish they had a ticket for it

Coldplay!

I was there!
