MechEng Posted June 6 Posted June 6 Cricket in England is incomplete without winds and overcast skies. Except rain, which is a spoilsport
Nikhil_cric Posted June 6 Posted June 6 More uneven bounce than any English pitch in the history of ball tracking. What an awful, substandard pitch. Gollum 1

Or the green carpet NZ rolled out for India in the early 2000s where both teams were bundled out for under 100 in their first innings. The thing is when this happens in sub-continent, especially India, it's cheating but when it happens in SENA countries it's crickets. There's never a talk of taking spinners out of the game but every SENA person shouts from the rooftop how Indian "doctored" pitches are taking fast bowlers out if the game.
test fan Posted June 7 Posted June 7 90/6. Phillips Bhai is playing ODI cricket. They can't win but atleast play attacking cricket instead tuktuk before dismissed Manucrick 1

vvvslaxman Posted June 7 Posted June 7 This should be given "unsatisfactory" rating. How many times batsmen watched ball going under the bat.
putrevus Posted June 7 Posted June 7 (edited) Fast bowlers need to come to play in SENA. They cannot keep expecting spinners to bail them out. Edited June 7 by putrevus
vvvslaxman Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Ian ward says "It is eminently watchable" lol He enjoyed the balls keeping low from time to time. what can one say. 24 wickets were either lbws or bowleds
vvvslaxman Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Simon Doull says "There is an announcement coming i a day or two". What is he talking about? Kane retires?
Gollum Posted June 7 Author Posted June 7 Good to see another team flunk a 4th innings chase. But tbh, only RSA could have chased 250 here. Not even Aus.
Suhaan Posted June 7 Posted June 7 There was a certain gorilla played for India and failed continuously for 4 years, mind you never had the cut shot His fan whores used to give excuses like not every time my master will score runs others too have to step,so what if the pitches were absolutely flat But when it comes to a certain pacer he has to do well all the time in SENA conditions and that gorilla have all the excuses to prevail rollingstoned, Nikhil_cric, Sgattick10 and 1 other 4
KV244 Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Disappointed with the pitch they should have prepared balanced pitch rather than this kind of pitch.
vvvslaxman Posted June 7 Posted June 7 From what i understand Lords is in desperate need of relaying of the pitch. Gollum and sage 2
Frustrated Posted June 7 Posted June 7 According to ICC, if a test match ends in 2 days in India, it's bad publicity for test cricket. However, if a test match ends in 2 days in SENA country, it is 'REAL Cricket' Gollum 1
rollingstoned Posted June 7 Posted June 7 Pitch at Lord's is not going to get any demerit points just because of venue. It went till the 4th day so that excuse is there now though that was only because of rain. Gollum and Frustrated 2

India vs RSA, Eden last year 206 overs. vvvslaxman, Frustrated and rollingstoned 3
