Luck, Toss, Unfavourable weather etc are not something that need to be associated with a champ team. That is exactly what Pakpassion posters keep putting up as an excuse most often about their team. That is how we won 85% of the amtches under SKY. We lost that when we had Gill briefly. Once we got rid of him we reverted back to that. It is missing from this set up. Only top 3 take risks. Samson, ABhishek, Kishan. Others apart from Dube don't embrace that. Tilak has regressed somewhat. He has become a consolidator.

In cricket it is always better have lucky captain than a good one.Iyer is not even good captain.

putrevus Posted June 26 Posted June 26 Result of this match is not important.Moving forward how to fit Iyer is the problem. Once Vaibhav is comes into playing XI , Iyer will bat at number 5. The guy who goes out might not be playing for India in near future unless there are injuries. All top 6 will be spending sleepless nights.
