Spain deserving Champions, they conceeded only 1 goal in this tournament, played phenomenal football throughout the world cup. Argentina on the other hand were defeated by their own tactics, they were playing in a hope of penalty shootouts and never looked to atack spain throughout the game, the only time they looked in attack mode was the last 10 minutes, after conceeding the goal. They could have attacked a bit more, probably would have been different story. All and all a boring one sided final.

Football-wise, a great world cup. Teams didn’t play defensive football and many unpredictable results. The big-name players also performed relatively well. 
 

Yet, now watching in real-life, or on TVs, is expensive and not audience-friendly. The sport is becoming a TV-show

I expected them to do better for the same reason.

They were a young team on the rise.  Almost flawless display throughout the WC
