SLICKR392
Hope they perform on these pitches. :headshake: They had all the support in the last series and yet failed. Link to comment
asterix
Good chance for Aussie spinners now to outbowl IPL Fatwin & co. and win the series... :nice: Link to comment
Trichromatic
If they prepare square turners, Australia will easily defeat India. Link to comment
Lord
I dont think nature of the pitches can be changed so easily. All pitches will have their own nature. Chennai will be turning but slow. Hyderabad will be turning too not big but quick turn. Mohali will be flat. Delhi low and slow with not much turn. will have bounce though. Link to comment
King Khan
It makes a sense, if Aussies to start batting at first day after these ongoing prep Watto Warner most likely to attack Indian inexperienced pace line brutally, which Dhoni & Co definitely wont like to see at very first day of the series. rkt.india
will have bounce though. Mohali lacks bounce nowadays. Even Wankhede have more bounce than Mohali. Mohali can be a seaming track in winters but even then it lacks bounce. Link to comment
adi B
square turners help spinners ,our bowlers cant spin Link to comment
Pagalpanti
At most they can dry the pitch by not covering it under the sun, how can they make it into a square turner if it isn't in the first place? Link to comment
Mahaa Raavana
:bhangra: Lyon will wreak havoc... Link to comment

Karan114
Why do these ***** even put up the pretence of playing Test cricket? Even after the English spinners made India their biatch on a square turner, Dhoni and BCCI still think they can doctor their way to Test wins. Why don't they just play that third rate tamasha league all year long, with the "Champions" League in which the tamasha teams get all the favors (and none of them could still win it last year!). There are loads on this forum leave alone the general Indian public who will argue that the tamasha league is king and Test cricket a boring waste of time, anyway. Link to comment
Sidhoni
Good move. Aussies don't have Swann/panesar Link to comment
PBN
So what kind of tracks do you guys want for the series? I doubt the Mohali track would start breaking up on the first day. After the tired pitches due to domestic cricket, sure the track will likely be a slow one with low bounce but most likely wil be good for batting for the first three days. After which, we will likely see spin come into play. Link to comment
diga
Ind A vs Australians - Feb 16-18,@Chennai ICF missed all the action as GG hits a 100, Tiwary/Rohit cash in on some weak bowling & Australia crumbling against spin - 206/9 Link to comment
Needforspeed
Its clear now. We should go into the first Test with 3 spinners. Link to comment
diga
not surprisingly both Starc & Kulkarni are wicketless on a spin friendly pitch Link to comment
