G_B_ Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Whichever team has won the toss at Birmingham has won their match. no true...
G_B_ Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 In any case, 4 matches at Edgbaston this tournmant thus far 2 matches won batting first 1 match won batting second (india v pak) 1 match no result 3 times out of 4 team winning the toss has won the match. 1 time no result
Dhoni_fan Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 I hope they don't change their style. They should play the attacking game right from the start so as to neutralize the thread of Anderson & Co. I agree with this completely, we have to show a little caution and respect the good balls, but also play positive and not let Anderson and co settle into a rhythm, I do feel technically we have the batters to counter their bowling attack even if it is swinging.

Trichromatic Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 English bowlers quickly lose the plot when openers attack them.
zumi Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 India are winners already. if england win, then it would be wholly underserved and catastrophic.
rkt.india Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Only the weather can save India if the match gets washed out. Yeah. A sunny day will really help India.:two_thumbs_up:

Tendulkar_Bhai Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 I agree Ashwin especially should be bought on early just after the PP and use advantage of England being weak against spin. Im confident in our batsman its the bowling im unsure of. BK aside Ishant n yadav both can be taken to the cleaners by Cook/Trott. Getting eng in first to bat will be key
