Always thought this was MSD's biggest strength as a keeper. He's not the best catcher, but his stumpings are incredible. There's a lot of talk about Dhoni the batsman and Dhoni the captain, but what we're missing more than anything else at the moment is someone who can step up and wicket keep after Dhoni's gone. We've got decent batsmen and some good options for captaincy, but I have no clue who will wicket keep in the future.

Agree....never seen him fumble a lot of stumping chances....clean as a whistle. Also with catching against pace ,Dhoni never seen him go that extra mile diving and pull of a blinder or drop a catch in that process, but he doesn't fumble straight forward chances like Pappu,D.K etc.

we should try uthappa again in t20s, can fill some of the void maybe. good hitter too. samson should keep more. rayudu can keep though havent seen him. jadhav keeps but again, more needs to be done.
