they are fine..they only chuck when bowling 'the other one'..:--D clearly double standards by some posters here..
Ojha has a dodgy action. Even Bedi called it. Bhajji chuckbhajan. We admit. But will you admit he is chuckmal? :cantstop:

most of them which he has picked at home. I'm yet to see a single good performance from him outside the Subcontinent..
so how many spinners in their first 20 tests have done miracles overseas.

I think many Indian spinners like Ojha,Mishra will pick up as many wickets as Ashwin in SC..in fact Mishra is much better bowler in these conditions than Ashwin..but to be complete bowler you must perform in all conditions..Ashwin averages 74 outside SC..India haven't had great success in Aus,Eng,SA etc off late because their bowlers have failed very badly.

No spinner gets the advantage as much as Ajmal. Murli used to. Hence the reason for their success. Ashwin is right that with slight bend you can rotate the ball more and hence more spin. Try it today and you can see the difference.

Darryl Cullinan said it best this 15 degrees nonsense go out of windows in match conditions, Murali is laughing at everyone with his world records, he literally chucked his way to those records. Ajmal ,Bhajji, Ohja who ever it is this nonsense has to be weeded out . Senanakke is horrible he is openly chucking and poor Shillingford gets the ban

If he could bowl as well as he talks, he would be the No.1 Spinner in the world, not a Medium Pacer who keeps his place because he is the Captain's bachcha.

He is a gun in Asian pitches.

I have to offer my appology to Ashwin, he is so right now this game is filled with chuckers , normal guys like him are left behind by these chuckers other than Swann who really was legitimate bowler they have no shot. This is no longer a sport played for time pass lot of money is at stake also, why should clean guy like him be left behind by these chuckers.

You do realize that in overseas conditions, its the pacers that are our biggest downfall, not spinners ? Most of our pacers are so incompetent overseas that they do better on pattas of India than the pace & bounce dream-pitches overseas. Also, on wickets that dont spin a lot but has good bounce, carry or seam movement, if the pacers do not provide early breakthroughs, the spinners rarely do much anyways. The only anomaly to this was Shane Warne in England and ofcourse, Murali anywhere but Australia. It didnt matter what the score was at, if England saw Warne, they crapped their pants. But even against India or the Warne-bunny South Africa, on the occasions that the pacers didnt put much of a dent, Warney didnt do much either. That is because when you are not getting much spin overseas, if the spinner comes on with the score at 60/0 with a new ball, the pressure is off the batsmen & with subsequent failures of the pacers, they can take much more risks against the spinners simply due to wickets on hand.

This 15 degree rule is bakwaas. Icc needs to bring back the law that was there before CHUCKLITHARAN.
So you want a law to be re-activated, after it was scientifically proven to be impossible to be met by 99% professional bowlers ?! :haha:

Probably. But we don't play on the subcontinent all the time right? I don't want to see a Suresh Raina type bowler who is only good in certain conditions, on certain pitches and in certain formats only.

I’m bamboozled how some blokes are getting reported for it and others aren’t,” Hogg said. “Then they go and get tested and all of a sudden they’re fine. They’re not tested under the rigours of playing out in the middle, when games are on the line. “That’s when you’ve got to be tested. You’re either throwing or you’re not.” Hogg touched on the fact that virtually no Australian off-spinners have a quality ‘doosra’ in their repertoires. The closest anyone has come to that is current Test tweaker Nathan Lyon, who developed a delivery he labels “Jeff” which goes straight on rather than turning the other way. Hogg suggested it’s time Aussie spinners got on board. “We talk about it in the change rooms. If someone’s got a suspect action (and wants to bowl the doosra), we laugh about it and my advice is to just do it. Everyone else is doing it. “The rules have been bent to help bowlers of that nature, and I think we’ve gone too far that we can’t come back. “Australian kids are going to have to start doing it if we want to compete on the same stage.” They could start by wearing long sleeves.
