I think soon others will follow the steps as well, given that certain teams like UP, Rajasthan has multiple fast bowlers and hence they'll may not get chances.
However, the down side is our East Zone selector rarely give 2 hoots about the North East teams...all their concentration is on Bengal and to some extent Jharkhand.

yes he has a lot of bowling behind me , even in county and he has shown great death skills in 2021 so he can do it. Someone in such rhythem takes less time to adjust and speeds are also top most days 

shami death bowling even in his best IPL has been nothing good

Plus he can bowl hard lengths in middle to complement Pandya. This is essential and somehow, everybody missed it.
