Its a lesson for selectors, pick genuine pace bowlers.  You can teach line and length skills to fast bowlers, can't teach pace to pseudo line and length Trundlers.

As far as Agarkar is concerned, he is nothing more than boot licker. Has no spine. I don't think he is selecting fast bowlers on his own instincts. He is being told to. I remember when he used to commentate, his views were different. Now that he has a chair, he is just doing the boot licking.

seems some sessions with Ishant might help Krishna , Ishant too had same problem, one he started pitching up and bringing the ball in , he started getting lot more wickets apart from rising deliveries.

True. Ishant had similar issues too. Nehra is pretty slick with fast bowlers too. Prasidh just needs minor changes, and more of psychological make up.

And imagine, if one of our fast bowlers goes down with an injury in the 2nd innings, who will take the blame? Whose neck will be on the altar? The Indian team selection is absolutely brain dead to say the least!

I haven't watched most of the post lunch session but before lunch the English were all hovering around 132 k to 138 k.
